The Big Book Show – an introduction to literary criticism for GCSE

Stories for the Festive Season

World War 1

Big Wheel shows bring to life a range of subjects from climate change to Shakespeare in a way that is fun and informative for both students and teachers.

Using a mixture of performance and participatory exercises we involve the whole audience in the show from beginning to end.  We provide a range of interactive theatre shows for UKPrimary, Secondary and SEN schools.

The whole show was packed with fun and was presented with such sparkle, wit and energy that the children and staff enjoyed it enormously; I am sure they learned a tremendous amount.”

We work in pairs with the real stars of the show being the audience themselves. Our presenters are experts at getting even the shyest or most ‘difficult’ audiences involved.

Our shows are designed to:

  • Easily explore different themes and topics
  • Encourage thought and discussion
  • Deliver information in a unique and engaging format

Many of our shows have been developed in partnership with UK Boroughs and individual schools and organisations. If you would like a workshop designed around a particular theme or topic get in touch and we’ll see what we can do!
