Big Wheel Theatre in Education (hereinafter referred to as Big Wheel) is an educational theatre company working in the UK and Europe.  Big Wheel operates as a partnership between Roland Allen and Jennifer Williams.

What data do we collect?

Big Wheel collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
  • School/Organisation name, address, email and phone number
  • Venue address and contact if different from above

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Big Wheel with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Email, write or phone us to enquire about our workshops and tours
  • Make a booking for a workshop
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email

How will we use your data?

Big Wheel collects your information in order to respond to your enquires and deliver the services that you contract us to provide. By giving us this data you give us permission to use it so that we can:

  • Process your booking and communicate with you about our visit
  • Send you confirmation and an invoice
  • Deliver our workshop on site in your school or venue
  • Notify you by email of future Big Wheel tours in your area
  • Update you with Big Wheel news and developments

We will never share your data with any other organisation or give your information to any person who is not an employee or contractor of Big Wheel. Our employees and contractors will only be given the information that they need in order to deliver the services you have booked with Big Wheel.

Big Wheel is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We use a cloud storage solution where the data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

After you have given Big Wheel permission to use your data we will keep your name, name of school or organisation and contact email address and phone number until further notice or until you inform us that you would like to opt out of future communications.

Marketing

Big Wheel would like to send you information about future tours in your area and from time to time news about Big Wheel. You have the right at any time to stop Big Wheel from contacting you for marketing purposes.
